IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE

November 9, 2006

In cooperation with the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission, (CPSC), we are voluntarily recalling several styles of our Woodles. Activity Toys . Style #58553 Rumba Lion Activity Toy, Style #58554 Gazoo Giraffe Activity Toy, Style #58555 Wango Horse Activity Toy and Style #58556 Tippy Cow Activity Toy.

These toys are activity toys, featuring various plush animal characters with a rattle component and smooth wooden rings attached to both arms of the toy with fabric loops. The Company has received four reports from consumers that the wooden rings broke into pieces. No injuries have been reported. In order to prevent the possibility of injury, the Company is conducting a voluntary recall of these items.

Consumers should stop using these toys immediately, and contact Gund as directed below for a free replacement product.

This voluntary recall is being conducted in cooperation with the CPSC, which will be monitoring the results.

The wooden rings on the activity toy may break, causing small parts, which may pose a hazard to young children.
